He handled all our parties for 5 years, whether it was a fun day of betting on the horse races or a large Holiday Party for 100 -150 guests. He found the right musicians. He suggested menus and arranged for food and all necessary dishes and utensils. He found and provided bartenders and servers. He stocked the bars and all accouterments, including ice and mixers. He devised appropriate punches and mixed drinks that could be served from urns. Desserts of various kinds always delighted. Dave also helped move and arrange furniture and set up several bars.
